Fashion Designer Hazel Noir debuted her "Tire-D" Collection at Bazarb Media's Winter Fashion Show held at Bedford Gallery, Leasher Center for the Arts. The capsule collection, which is inspired by the rugged texture of ripped tires, features clean tailoring that exudes elegance, edge, and contemporary style. The collection includes both menswear and womenswear.
